QuickVerse is a commercial program that has been designed to help us to learn the Bible. This application features a context sensitive library that displays a tree-like directory for the Holy Bible (King James version), a morning and evening devotional book, a Bible dictionary, parallel gospels, a reference book, plus several other categories for us to complete with our own books, RSS feeds, Web pages, PDF books, and so on.
We can easily access any section of a book by selecting it from the table of contents window. We can search for verse references, definitions, pronunciations, text expressions, titles, etc. In addition, we can open/manage/edit/delete any book, dictionary, file, etc. If we decide to read the Bible, we can schedule a reading plan; for example, we can choose to read the entire Bible in eighteen months, or the New Testament in nine months, and so on. We are allowed to choose the days of the week when we would like to read, select to read once or twice a day, etc. It is possible to have several tabbed windows opened at a time. We can adapt the text font size for a more comfortable reading. There are several editions of QuickVerse: Essential, Standard, Expanded, Deluxe and Platinum.
I have QV 6 Deluxe version but cannot open it in Win 10. Is there a driver for this?
David Bonham, yes it is not compatible for win 10, it is only for win, 7 or 8, maybe you replace the system from win 10 to win 8
I have had quick verse since it came out on floppy disks. I love it and use it on a daily basis. I currently have QV 10. How can I get an update?
